Philip Gonzales (Chicano and Latin American Studies) was chosen to participate in the U.S. Department of Agriculture Hispanic Serving Institutions Educational Fellows Program in Washington, D.C. The program is an opportunity for university faculty, staff and administrators to strengthen partnerships with the USDA and other federal agencies and organizations.
